Hey guys! Not really a drawing but hey, I like baking!
I did this for Valentine's Day and it tastes absolutely amazing!
-For the cupcakes;
1.5 cup self-raising flour
1.5 tablespoon baking powder
pinch of salt
0.5 cup of softened butter
1 cup of sugar
0.5 cup of milk
1 chocolate bar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 pack of oreos (14pcs)
-For the buttercream;
1 cup butter (230 grams)
2 cups icing sugar/Powder sugar (450 grams)
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons vanilla paste
Pack of oreos (14pcs)
pack of oreos (28 pcs)
white chocolate bar
1/Flour, Baking powder and salt into a bowl and mix well.
2/Add softened butter and mix until you get a crumbly/rough sandy look.
3/Add sugar and mix until sandy look, then add eggs and mix with an electric mixer.
4/Once batter is formed, add milk slowly until the batter is completely formed.
5/Melt the chocolate bar for 1 minute in microwave and add to batter. Mix well. Add cocoa powder and mix well.
6/Crush the Oreos and mix with a spoon into batter.
7/Set in cupcake cups and place in the oven at 200C/395F for 15-20 minutes.
For the buttercream
8/add butter, milk and vanilla into a bowl and mix with electric mixer until a smooth consistency.
9/Slowly add the icing sugar to the buttermix and mix well. (add sugar half a cup by half a cup to avoid it from flying everywhere)
10/Crush oreos into small powderish bits (use electric crusher if necessary) and add to buttercream. Mix well with electric mixer.
Pipe the buttercream onto the cupcakes. Use a big piping hole to avoid big bits of oreos from clogging it.
Stick a whole oreo into the buttercream of each cupcake.
Melt the white chocolate and make a piping bag using baking paper. Cut the end of the piping bag as small as possible.
Put the chocolate into the piping bag and drizzle the white chocolate over the Oreos.
Happy Baking, guys!
